Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week 2023 and here at Phoenix Brickwork / Drywall / Scaffold we are dedicated to keeping the conversation around mental health going in the Construction Industry.
"We've chosen anxiety as the Mental Health Awareness Week theme this year to kickstart a

nationwide conversation, encouraging people to share their own experiences and any helpful ideas on how they manage anxiety." - Alexa Knight - Director of England at the Mental Health Foundation.
Focusing on anxiety will increase people's awareness and understanding of anxiety by providing information on the things that can help prevent it from becoming a problem.

Feelings of anxiety are a natural response to stress and something many people struggle with daily.

Here are some tips on how to cope with feelings of anxiety from the Mental Health Foundation. Not only do they provide lots of great resources, but they also aim to find and address the sources of mental health problems so that people and communities can thrive.

Please share this and the importance of Mental Health Awareness Week!
