External H&S Consultant's Unexpected Random Site Visits Yield Expected Outcome

In February, Phoenix directors requested that our external H&S consultants, QSC Safety, pick seven Phoenix projects to visit at random. The results were proof of our management systems being adopted by all and maintaining an extremely high standard throughout all Phoenix projects. The results as follows:

WMG Solihull for BAM Construction ran by Keith Shipley scored a near-perfect 98.1%
Jubilee Wood Primary School for Wates Construction ran by Jamie Howard came a very close second with 96.3%
Both Jubilee Wood for Wates ran by Nigel Welton, and David Ross Sports Village for Kier Construction ran by Errol Blackmore, scored an impressive 95%
Block One The Moor for Bowmer and Kirkland ran by Martin Dracass scored 93%
Far Gosford Street for Bowmer and Kirkland ran by Wayne Arkell scored 91%
and a very impressive last placing, demonstrating how well all of the sites have performed, was Lapwing Court for Lovells ran by Joe Maloney scoring 89%

Well done to all site managers who received the visits - keep up the good work!
