Phoenix Brickwork are ending the week on a high by securing another two great projects, Nottingham Custody Suite for Willmott Dixon and Moorways Pool in Derby for Bowmer and Kirkland.
The new build 50 cell custody suite and police investigation facility to replace the current Bridewell facility, comprising of 1,150m2 brickwork & 3,300m2 blockwork, with a value of £460,000 and 18-week programme on site starting mid-July.
New build swimming pool complex & leisure facility, comprising of 5,000m2 internal blockwork, with a value of £300,000 and a 14-week programme starting in October.
