THROSTLE REC

Phoenix are delighted to be working with valued repeat client Wates Group on another fantastic project.

Throstle Rec is comprised of 116 plots and a 4 Storey Extra Care facility and is located in Middleton, Leeds. Phoenix started the project in September 2021 and is nearing completion, which is projected for April 2023. This is a 19 month programme with a production rate averaging 6 plots per month, all the while also completing the construction of the Brickwork to the 4 storey Extra Care building, as well as numerous Brickwork garden walls across the large housing site.
 
This has been a wonderful project to be involved in and we are looking forward to seeing the final results of the brickwork after cleaning has been carried out. Great work from everyone who has been involved to make this project come to life!
