We’re back with our latest Phoenix Award Winners – recognising the incredible efforts of our team across the business.
Brickwork – Kayleigh is our SHEQ Manager, working across both Brickwork and Drywall divisions. She plays a vital role in ensuring everything is in place before a project begins and that full compliance is maintained throughout. Kayleigh works hard behind the scenes to support everyone – always with a positive attitude and never a complaint.
SFS – Dean continues to set the standard on site with his commitment to quality and safety. His consistent efforts in maintaining top-level workmanship, while ensuring high health and safety standards, have been recognised not just by us – but by the main contractors too. A great example of professionalism on site.
Scaffolding – Neil, our Head of SHEQ for Scaffolding, is always on the move – travelling up and down the country to support our scaffolding teams. No matter the location or the ask, he makes sure compliance is met and high health & safety standards are maintained.
Office – Kirsty, our Procurement Admin, continues to show a great work ethic. She's always happy to jump in and help the team wherever needed, and her hard work doesn't go unnoticed. She has shown great enthusiasm to keep learning and growing within her role. Keep it up Kirsty!
