ST MARKS STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

1,222 room new build student accommodation development spread over 10 blocks for the University of Lincoln on the site of a former retail park. The scheme consisted of brickwork facing, blockwork, masonry support and small areas of cladding to a lightweight “Metek” framed structure. Six different types of brick were incorporated into the scheme, along with various design features to break up the façade.

The 10 blocks ranged from 4 to 10 storeys high, and our works were accessed from a mix of scaffolding and mast climbers.
