The new scheme at 100 Avebury Boulevard represents a high-quality addition to the Milton Keynes office market and will offer 140,000 sqft of Category A accommodation over eight floors, as well as additional retail space. The striking new building will have a feature 10m-high reception area and large floorplates between 10,000 and 24,000 sqft, providing the necessary space required by blue chip clients. The site will also incorporate a landscaped garden and public plaza to the front of the new building. Phoenix were engaged to carry out the supply and fix masonry package which consisted of 700m2 of external architectural facing blockwork including trough block lintel units and approx. 10,000m2 of internal block walls to each level of the building.
